Digital service nature
Our work usually involves custom digital services such as design, development, writing, marketing, editing, research and admin support. Because time and labor are invested after approval, refunds depend on project stage.
Before work starts
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be considered after deduction of payment processor or administrative costs.
After work starts
Once research, planning, design, writing, development, setup or editing work has started, payments are generally non refundable for the completed portion of work.
Revision policy
Reasonable revisions may be offered according to the agreed scope. Extra work beyond scope may require additional payment.
Third party fees
Hosting, domain, software, advertising spend, app subscriptions, premium themes, plugins and third party service fees are normally non refundable and subject to the third party provider policy.
